Dear Sir,
As I have contacted you as the holder of nbuser.com by phone on 8 November, 2005, requesting all member of nbuser.com to call me as "麦当劳" not "KFC" and delete the post which contains calumniatory message on me at nbuser.com. And, further emails were sent to you and your company.
Curiously, base on the information, i have identified you and your staffs to be the one who did not follow the instructions and such, members are still calling me as "KFC" for fun. Such action has caused disturbance to me since the viewers of the post has called me by using "KFC" as stated on the post. Therefore, I am writing to demand from you:
1. a written apology for failing to comply with the demands, and
2. delete the posts within 24 hours.
Should you fail to comply with the above demands agian or the current reminder is ignored, I SHALL commence legal proceedings against YOU and YOUR COMPANY on 28 November 2005 (Monday). Therefore, you have to appear at the Court hearings and responsible for all losts / damages / legal advising fee / travelling fee / court fee.
