BenQ明基的不诚实行为,望大家吸取我的教训!!

以下是我与明基的服务部进行的信件交流,希望大家引以为戒!!!!! 时间顺序是从记录文本的下面到上面

再次谢谢你的回信。 我想得到一个最终的答复,那就是说,你们公司怎么弥补你们自己网页的过失,诱导顾客购买你们的产品。
这个回答我认为不复杂,我认为你可以通过邮件告诉我。我不想花太多的时间与一个低级职员浪费口舌,而且你没有告诉我谁使用这个电话"0512-68092520", 除此之外,我现在在上海,不方便联系你

先生女士:
从上封信我已经48个小时没有收到您的答复。

关于这件事,谁能给我一个负责任的答案?你们的法律部门知道这件事情么?你们的一些直接主管知道这件事情么?
你能告诉我一个电话号码,使我能够得到合乎逻辑的答案?期待不再遇到那个一遍又一遍重复只能修改网页的工程师, 这令人很烦!

Joybook2100 有不同的电池,6cell 或 9 cell, 现在市面上卖的是6个cell. 网页没有描述清楚,谢谢您的告知。

谢谢您的回信,请下载附件,里面是你们网页的截屏,你们的网页显示这种笔记本的电池是9个cells, 销售商也就是拿这个网页给我看的。你们上海的一个工程师回复说BenQ只可以更改这个网页,而不能对我进行补偿。
作为一个著名的电脑制造商,它的网页误导消费者买了他的产品,消费者却需要承担后果,这是个笑话么?

抱歉回信慢了,谢谢你的耐心,对新的joybooks, 你应该充电至少8~12小时。Joybook2100的电池是6cell, 电池使用时间根据图像,游戏等使用会有不同,光驱的使用,笔记本内存也会有影响。一个合理的平均使用时间是1.5~3.0个小时。如果你担心电池,请送到我们的服务中心,我们的工程师会为你检查。可以查下面的地址…….

2005年3月1号  给BenQ的邮件

我在3天前买了你们的joybook2100笔记本, 但是我正常使用的时候,电池只能使用2个小时,为什么? 在购买的过程中,为什么你们的电池不能证明是没有使用过?供应商说BenQ没有关于电池的认证,当我第一次使用电池的时候,发现电池被充满,显示能够使用2小时。

期望您能给我个快速答复

楼主不知道即便同系列的Laptop也会有型号之分吗?难道你购买的时候关于待机时间这种问题不会看看说明手册吗?

建议到discloser投诉
不过benq和他的关系好像不错
国内就这样的
只好自己多长个心眼了
但是在虫窝买就铁放心
俺的就是虫窝买的:s:
一直以为,隐了身别人就找不到我。现在知道了,没有用的,我这样拉风的男人,无论在那里,都像漆黑中的萤火虫一样,那样的鲜明,那样的出众,我那忧郁的眼神,俊朗的脸蛋,绚烂的舞技,还有那瓶82年的红酒和una给的牙签,都深深的出卖了我。

我只是看他的9cell 价钱,供应商也指者那个9cells 的价钱给我看,而且benq说市面上根本就没有9cells, 至于说是不是花6cells 的钱,那要看消费者是不是要买拉,消费者不喜欢,那就是一文不值。至于说明书,谁会在代理商那里看一整天,况且电池的型号代理商都不给证明,谁会看,各位不信可以到代理商那里看看就是拉!!
